Verity Digital is an independent software engineering practice working with Irish SMEs and public-sector teams. We help organisations replace rented platforms and manual, spreadsheet-bound operations with systems they own outright and can trust.
Our method is deliberately simple: understand the business problem before writing a line of code, design for security and maintainability from day one, and deliver in small, reviewable increments so you always know what you are paying for. Every engagement is documented as it is built, so nothing about your platform lives only in one person’s head.

Qualifications
Miroslav Tadej — Founder & Principal Consultant
I spent over a decade in project and programme delivery, much of it running multiple concurrent projects in a regulated public-sector environment: scope and schedule, risk registers, and progress reporting to executive level. I also chaired an international policy symposium in Beijing with delegates from more than forty countries, and read for a master’s in public administration.
Part of that work was business development in the South African public sector: monitoring tender bulletins, assembling bid documentation, and keeping qualification records current to deadline. Procurement regimes differ by jurisdiction; the discipline does not. That experience is the reason Verity Tender Radar exists, and the reason procurement requirements are treated here as part of the engineering rather than an afterthought.
I then retrained in engineering, taking a Higher Diploma in Computing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Cybersecurity at the National College of Ireland, and founded Verity Digital to build the systems I had spent years specifying, procuring and signing off from the other side of the table at a consultancy. The scoping is different when you have been the client.
