1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Verity Digital ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed per engagement; if these terms conflict with an engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails.
2. Website content
Content on this site — including pricing indications, case studies and the savings calculator — is provided for general information. Calculator outputs are estimates based on the figures you enter, not a quotation or financial advice. Formal proposals are issued in writing per engagement.
3. Portal accounts
Client portal accounts are provided to active and prospective clients. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms or in a way that threatens the security of the service.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, probe or test its security without written permission, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit unlawful material. Security researchers should follow the coordinated disclosure process in our security.txt.
5. Intellectual property
Site content, design and code are owned by Verity Digital unless otherwise stated. Open-source components remain under their respective licences. Governance documents downloadable from the procurement page may be shared with evaluation teams for tender purposes.
6. Liability
The website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the website itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law. Liability within consulting engagements is addressed in the engagement agreement.
7. Governing law
